Pregnancy Massage is a special massage which is performed with the client lying on her side.  It is necessary to change sides half way through.  It is a relaxing massage rather than one of the more vigorous massages at this special time.

Great care is taken to ensure you are comfortable and this is continued throughout the treatment.  As with all treatments aftercare in the form of dietary and exercise advice may be given.
